Brown Swedish Crusaders?

Some more pictures of my first Swedish Crusaders now in Brown and with a movement tray:)


The minis are based on 20mm bases, the tray are 80x50mm


Archers in the back row to give some missile support.

      Just army painted brown fur or lether, cant remember at the moment...

      I acctually think its a little to thick, would newer work at 15mm minis. Its a god base for my block painting and then dewland mud (yes I got some pots left...)

  2. Those trays are a great idea Im looking at getting some made up for my Vikings so they can be used for CoE as well as Saga.

      The trays ar ofcourse from warbases they get you exellent products and service.

      If you have a 28mm viking army you got almost a Swedish Daltic Crusader army to, just some knights missing...will be perfect for teh upcomming CoA crusaders sourse book:)

      80x50 just because the rest of my friends have there 28mm armys based with 80mm front, wthey call it "Big Bases" and we used it for 28mm DBA back in teh days...

      I think its a god compromise, work for most rules.
